In addition to her corporate and commercial practice, Caroline has an extensive knowledge of finance litigation with a specific and unique experience in the areas of judicial and disciplinary procedures before French courts and market regulators. In particular, she has handled a wide range of cases in connection with alleged breaches of stock exchange regulations and white-collar crimes.
Caroline has gained her expertise mainly at the AMF (French Market Authority), Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Bredin Prat. She holds a PHd, a Master of Business law from Paris II and studied at UCL (University College of London). French native, she speaks English fluently.
