More particularly, Claire assists and represents companies and their executives before the French courts and regulators at all levels. Her practice includes securities litigation and AMF (French Market Authority) enforcement practice on behalf of both issuers and financial institutions.
In addition, her experience includes setting up compliance rules in many investment services providers. Claire also advises companies in their communication in order to avoid the dissemination of false, imprecise or misleading information.
Claire has gained her expertise mainly at the AMF, Ashurst and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei. She holds a Master of banking and financial law from Paris II and a master of private law from Paris I - Université Panthéon Sorbonne.
